Richard DeFrancisco heads Omnigo as Chief Executive Officer. Starting his career in IT, he has over 30 years of experience and has held leadership positions in software-as-a-service (SaaS), artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber security companies.
Prior to joining Omnigo, Richard served as CEO of Lexipol. Prior he was Head of Sales for Ping, an enterprise SaaS startup that provides data and analytics for law firms. Richard also held positions of Chief Revenue Officer and President for McCarthyFinch, an artificial intelligence platform for lawyers, and Chief Revenue Officer for CUJO AI, an AI portfolio product company creating safer smart-living experiences. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years at PwC as the western US Sales Leader.
Richard has a bachelor's degree in advertising/Marketing from Penn State University. He is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
Gary Rock is the Chief Revenue Officer at Omnigo, leading the Sales and Marketing functions to tightly align with Omnigo's suite of market-leading products in Law and Safety Enforcement. A seasoned team builder, Gary brings decades of experience in building goal-driven groups that have taken his previous organizations to market domination scale. A veteran of the US Army and Air Force, Gary brings discipline and focus to the sales organization, creating win-win outcomes for his customers, and in return, for his company. Before Omnigo, he served as a Global Director of Marketing and Business Development at Entercoms, Inc, and before that at Dell. Gary currently resides in Dallas and has served as an advisory board member in the Texas Christian University, Neeley School of Business, Center of Supply Chain Innovations, as well as a search and rescue pilot for Civil Air Patrol (CAP), Disaster and Humanitarian Relief. Gary has a Masters and Doctorate of Business Administration from California Coast University.
Nicholas Kehoe serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Omnigo, where he plays a strategic role in designing and delivering superior product experiences for all our customers. A long-time veteran of the company, Nick has served many roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Chief Operating Officer, in his 15+ years tenure. He brings a deep knowledge of the Law, Safety, and Security industry, our unique customers, and the complex regulatory mandates each industry brings. As Omnigo increasingly delivers products as a Service, Nick plays a critical role in pricing, delivery design, and support infrastructure implementation. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, and is an avid sports player.
