Unlock enhanced capabilities and enriched user experiences using the latest features and functionality within each Omnigo ITI software release.
Improves CAD administration by adding type-ahead functionality to the Dispatched By field, allowing users to quickly locate and select agencies. Additional enhancements streamline the removal of permanent units from response plans, reducing manual maintenance and ensuring response plans remain accurate and up to date.
Enhances evidence management by displaying Chain of Custody information directly within Property records after submission to Evidence. This provides users with greater visibility into evidence handling activities and helps maintain accountability throughout the evidence lifecycle.
Introduces a new Set as Exported feature that allows users to manually mark Summonses and Citations as exported within the PA Portal grid. This enhancement improves tracking, reduces uncertainty around export status, and helps agencies manage submissions more efficiently.
Release 2025.3 primarily focuses on the new features and enhancements highlighted below.
The CAD Permanent Unit configuration has been enhanced for improved usability and flexibility. A new Select All checkbox above the Emergency Service Zones (ESZ) allows quick selection or deselection of all zones. A Dispatched By dropdown has also been added to specify and display the agency responsible for dispatching the unit, improving visibility and clarity.
The hover tooltip for CAD Active Units has been updated to provide more contextual information. When hovering over a unit, the tooltip now includes the Agency Name, displayed beneath the list of open CAD Events to which the unit is assigned. This enhancement allows users to quickly identify the associated agency without navigating away from the active view.
A new color coding feature has been added to Offense/Incident access restrictions to improve visibility and prioritization in the O/I grid. Administrators can configure colors and priority order in System Administration so that the most critical restriction visually highlights the incident. Once enabled, Offense/Incidents display the assigned color directly in the grid, making restricted records easy to identify at a glance.
This update adds full support for the L-Tron 4910LR scanner, allowing users to quickly capture driver information by scanning the 2D barcode on most licenses. A new Scan Ready dialog confirms when the device is active, helping ensure smooth and reliable data capture. This enhancement speeds up person entry, reduces manual typing, and improves accuracy across both Web Records and NCIC workflows.
The Ameren First Responder API automates dispatch of Ameren crews to utility-related emergencies, reducing time spent by 911 and Ameren Care Centers on data entry and communication. Authorized PSAPs within Ameren’s service area can access the API using credentials provided by Ameren.
The Query Report Writer API enables users to programmatically access, filter, and export data from reports created within the system. This allows for seamless integration with external applications, dashboards, or analytics tools, providing greater flexibility and automation in reporting workflows.
The Alcohol Influence Report in Enterprise has been upgraded to the latest Web form version, offering improved functionality, consistency, and alignment with current reporting standards.
Missouri NIBRS has been updated to version 4.3. In compliance with Executive Order 25-05, law enforcement agencies are now required to report the immigration status of individuals committing crimes within the state. An Immigration Status field has been added to the Arrestee, Suspect, Juvenile Detained, and Victim forms.
New audible alert feature ensures officers never miss critical updates from dispatch. When sending CAD notes to Mobile Patrol, a sound file can now be configured to play automatically—alerting officers in real time. The new ‘Alert Valid Units’ command sends the alert and notes directly to the units assigned to the event.
Officers can now trigger audible alerts to dispatch directly from Mobile Patrol. When a note is added, CAD can play an audible alert, and a highlighted note label is created within the CAD event—letting the dispatcher know which event has a new note.
A new Summit interface allows the Omnigo Jail Management System to export an ActiveInmates.csv file via SFTP, based on a configurable polling interval. Additionally, the PA Portal now supports sending multiple summons—each with a different Prosecutor ORI—simultaneously, using the new ‘Send to Multiple End Points’ configuration option.
